Indicator innovation direction
ConView anesthesia depth monitor is a anesthesia depth monitoring device that combines trend analysis of quantitative indicators and EEG real-time spectrum analysis.
ConView has multi-angle analysis function in terms of index monitoring, including Ai (reflecting consciousness state index), BSR (reflecting patients' outburst inhibition) and EMG (reflecting patients' muscle activity). The center of gravity frequency of MDF (distribution of reaction power spectral density) and SD/CSD (reaction single time/cumulative inhibition duration) are also developed.
SD/CSD represents the suppression duration and cumulative suppression duration, which is more real-time and accurate than the transmission outbreak suppression monitoring. The inhibition duration is more real-time in response to the patient's case of hyperanesthesia.
The centroid frequency (MDF), also known as the primary frequency, is defined as the weighted average of the power of each frequency in the spectrum relative to the frequency.
The centroid frequency of the power spectrum curve can not only reflect the distribution of the power spectrum density of the signal well, indicating the frequency of the signal components with larger components in the spectrum, but also reflect the migration of the whole EEG power spectrum under different conditions.
ConView not only monitors the depth index of anesthesia, but also has the function of implementing EEG spectrogram monitoring, which reflects the power changes of each frequency band of patients during the operation. The graph is clear and intuitive, providing more information for clinicians.
